- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My family spent a sunny, winter day with Captain Traci. Traci is knowledge about manatees, the wildlife and environment of Homosassa. With Captain Traci's guidance, we swam with multiple manatees and I even touched one. This is the only county in the USA where you can swim with the manatees. (A fact I learned from the Captain.) We check an item off our bucket list. I have already recommended Captain Traci to my friends headed to Florida for Spring Break.
